Katherine Bennett Owner and experienced licensed Aesthetician with over 10 years of medical esthetic experience and is educated in all areas of skin care. She started her journey by working in Dermatology and continued her education in the Esthetics field including advance education and receiving certifications in Microneedling with Radio Frequency, Microneedling, Microchanneling, Chemical Peels, Dermalinfusion, Microdermabrasion, Hydradermabrasion, IPL, BBL, and Skin firming procedures. Her passion is to treat each client and their specific skin care needs by customizing each client skin session to help bring their “Skin Confidence” back! Katherine will continue to educate herself in the most current innovated skin care treatments, to help her clients achieve healthy skin. *Spa Policies: Please read below spa policies to avoid confusion or fees. •Please allow at least 48 hours for confirmation of your appointment and /or any changes or cancellation. •Appointments not confirmed 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time , you will be charged a 100% service price. •Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment , you will be charged a 100% service price. •Non-Confirmed appointments, No-show appointment or a cancelled appointments the day of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% service price. •Repeated cancellations, rescheduled appointments, and/or no-shows appointments will require 50% pre-payment service fee before scheduling an appointment. I understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. I will do my best to accommodate these situations. Please understand the time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Thank you for understanding. •Clients more than 15 minutes late, may receive a shorter service or may need to reschedule you’re appointment to allow you’re esthetician to be on time for the next appointment. •Please alert your Esthetician of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention.A contraindication may require a delay or denial of service. *****Please remember when you are scheduled for a session at Skin Confidence By Kathy make sure you have not been treated with Botox/and or Facial fillers, 14 days prior for Botox and 21 days for Facial Fillers. If you come in and you have received any of these cosmetic treatments and it’s in the time frame stated above, I will not be able to treat your skin. There will be a 100% service fee charged and I will have to reschedule your appointment. *****If you are planning getting pregnant and/or are pregnant please make us aware of this.You will need a medical note from your OBGYN to receive facials or purchase skin care products***** • If you need to speak with me and I am unavailable or with a client, please leave a message with your name and number so we can get back to you as soon as possible. •I cannot accommodate guests while in the treatment room. •All packages must be paid in full, on the day of your first treatment. The series must be completed in the recommended time for optimal results or the difference of the discounted package will be charged to your credit card on file. •All services are for beautification purposes only and no medical claims are being made. Individual results will vary. *Due to health regulations, skin care products cannot be returned. •There are no refunds on services rendered or can be shared with another person. •There are no refunds on Electronic gift certificates or gift certificates and can not be redeemed for cash back on unused portions. *When using credit or debit cards there is an additional 3.5% processing fee. * Please fill out required forms and wavier consents 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or we will have to reschedule appointment.
