I'm Kathy Bennett, a licensed medical aesthetician with over ten years of experience helping clients achieve their skincare goals. My unique background blends extensive medical aesthetics experience with a passion for creating personalized treatment plans and I understand that healthy, radiant skin isn't just about aesthetics – it's about confidence and feeling your best. My career has spanned various medical clinics where I've honed my skills in a wide array of advanced procedures. This includes Microneedling,Radiofrequency (RF) treatments, Microchanneling, Chemical peels, Hydrafacial’s , Dermalinfusion, microdermabrasion, IPL photo facials, and various skin firming treatments. I'm constantly expanding my knowledge and expertise through ongoing professional development, ensuring I offer you the most current and effective treatments available. It’s more than just the treatments. I believe in a deeply consultative approach with a holistic flare, considering your lifestyle and goals alongside your skin type and concerns. I take the time to thoroughly understand your skin and your concerns (acne, aging,hyperpigmentation, etc.), lifestyle, and overall skincare goals. I look forward to working with you, your skin journey is my journey. *Spa Policies: Please read below spa policies to avoid confusion or fees. •Please allow at least 48 hours for confirmation of your appointment and /or any changes or cancellation. •Appointments not confirmed 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time , you will be charged a 100% service price. If you have a scheduled series you will loose a session from your package. •Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment , you will be charged a 100% service price. If you have a scheduled series you will loose a session from your package. •Non-Confirmed appointments, No-show appointment or a cancelled appointments the day of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% service price. If you have a scheduled series you will loose a session from your package. • Client’s 10 minutes late will have to reschedule their appointment and there will be a service fee charge. If you have a scheduled series, you will lose a session from your package. Please understand the time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. •Repeated cancellations, rescheduled appointments, and/or no-shows appointments will require 50% pre-payment fee before scheduling an appointment. •I understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur. I will do my best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. Please understand the time was reserved for you and it is extremely difficult to fill that time slot with little notice. Thank you for understanding. • I do document the occurrences to prevent abuse of the policy. •Please alert your Esthetician of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention.A contraindication may require a delay or denial of service. *****Please remember when you are scheduled for a session at Skin Confidence By Kathy make sure you have not been treated with Botox/and or Facial fillers, 14 days prior for Botox and 21 days for Facial Fillers. Please also coordinate your facial appointment and your injection appointment to avoid having to cancel your appointment with us. If you cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment and/or come in and you have received any of these cosmetic treatments and it’s in the time frame stated above, I will not be able to treat your skin. There will be a 100% service fee charged and I will have to reschedule your appointment. *****If you are planning getting pregnant and/or are pregnant please make us aware of this.You will need a medical note from your OBGYN to receive facials or purchase skin care products***** • If you need to speak with me and I am unavailable or with a client, please leave a message with your name and number so we can get back to you as soon as possible. •I cannot accommodate guests while in the treatment room. •All packages must be paid in full, on the day of your first treatment. The series must be completed in the recommended time for optimal results. If the series is not completed you can not be refunded and may be charged the difference of the discounted package. This will be charged to your credit card on file. •All services are for beautification purposes only and no medical claims are being made. Individual results will vary. •Due to health regulations, skin care products cannot be returned. •There are no refunds on services rendered or cannot be shared with another person. •There are no refunds on Electronic gift certificates or gift certificates and can not be redeemed for cash back on unused portions. * when purchasing with a credit card or debit card there is a 3.5% processing fee. * Please fill out required forms and wavier consents 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time or we will have to reschedule appointment.
